They didn't try to make excuses, but rather apologized for the mistake and asked if they could try to remedy it. They offered to pick us up from the airport for our return trip home, at no cost. At first, I wasn't sure I wanted to do that, but felt we should give them the opportunity to make it right. The driver was on time and friendly and the sprinter van was top notch. In addition, they offered to compensate us for the parking fees we had to occur by driving ourselves that morning. It's not too often these days to find a company that prides themselves on their service, and is willing to admit when an error was made.
